CHARMED FEDORAS™ — SHIPPING POLICY 

At Charmed Fedoras™, each crown is packaged with care and shipped securely. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and informed delivery experience.


🚚 GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Charmed Fedoras™ ships from Fayetteville, North Carolina (USA).

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including:

  • Initial shipping

  • Return shipping

  • Exchange shipping

  • Reshipment due to address errors

  • Shipping related to repairs or adjustments (if offered)

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


📦 PROCESSING TIME

Because every hat is custom-designed and handcrafted:

Processing Time: Up to 14 Business Days

(Does not include weekends or holidays)

Processing may be slightly longer during high-volume seasons, for hats with specialty embellishments, or the order in which your hat order was received. We do our best to work each order as soon as hats are ordered. 


🚚 SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time begins after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight: When available (carrier dependent)

Carrier delays are outside our control.


🧾 PACKAGE INSURANCE (IMPORTANT)

All packages shipped via USPS automatically include up to $100 in insurance coverage at no additional cost.

If your order exceeds $100 in value:

Customers may choose to purchase additional insurance at checkout to protect their investment.

Charmed Fedoras™ is not responsible for packages that exceed this value without proper insurance added.


📬 TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A copy of the tracking number | QR Code for tracking purposes

  • Carrier name

  • Estimated delivery date

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.


🎩 PROTECTIVE PACKAGING

Every Charmed Fedoras™ hat is shipped with:

  • Dust-free protective wrap
  • Secure boxing designed to limit dents and crushing

Once the package leaves our facility, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.


🛑 LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Charmed Fedoras™ is not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Misdelivered packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

Customers must file claims directly with USPS, UPS, or FedEx for:

  • Lost packages

  • Damaged packages

  • Missing items

  • Stolen deliveries

We will assist by providing documentation (photos, receipts, shipping confirmation) if needed for your claim.


🔄 RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to:

  • Store credit exchanges

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Order adjustments

  • Discretionary exceptions approved by Charmed Fedoras™

Shipping charges are never refunded.


✍️ SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION (For High-Value Orders)

For premium or limited-edition hats, Charmed Fedoras™ may require Signature Delivery to ensure safe receipt. Customers will be notified if this applies to their order.


📦 UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unclaimed delivery

  • Refusal of package

→ The customer must pay new shipping charges to resend their hat. Refunds are not issued for undeliverable packages.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers must double-check address details at checkout:

  • Apartment/Unit number

  • Building number

  • Correct spelling

Charmed Fedoras™ cannot change the address once the order has shipped.
