CHARMED FEDORAS™ — RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND DISCLAIMER

We appreciate your business and want you to love your Charmed Fedoras™ crown. Because our hats are custom-designed, handcrafted, and created with premium materials, we maintain a strict, no-refund policy.

Please review the following policies carefully before completing your purchase.


🎩 IMPORTANT — HAT SIZE POLICY (PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING)

Charmed Fedoras™ hat sizes range from 54–58 cm.
Customers are responsible for knowing their correct hat size before placing an order.

❗ CUSTOM-DESIGNED FEDORAS ARE FINAL SALE — NO REFUNDS.

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

We strongly encourage customers to measure their head size accurately to avoid ordering an incorrect size.


🔄 EXCHANGES / STORE CREDIT (ONE TIME ONLY)

Although refunds are not offered for custom-designed fedoras, Charmed Fedoras™ does allow ONE (1) store credit exchange, under the following strict conditions:

✔ Eligible for Store Credit ONLY if:

• The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your hat
• The hat is unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and in new, original condition
• The hat includes all original packaging, feathers, charms, trims, tags, and inserts

❗ NOT Eligible for Store Credit if:

• The hat shows any signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, sweat, perfume, stretching, dents, or damage
• The hat is returned after the 7-day window
• Packaging, trims, or embellishments are missing or damaged

If the returned item is found to be worn, damaged, or altered, Charmed Fedoras™ is not obligated to issue store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All sales are final. Only one-time store credit may be considered under approved conditions.


📦 HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN (FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY)

  1. Send an email to: charmedfedoras@gmail.com
  2. Enter your order number in the SUBJECT Line + email

  3. Attach a photo of the hat in question

  4. Once approved, you will receive an email with detailed shipping instructions

Note: Approval is not guaranteed. All decisions are at the discretion of Charmed Fedoras™.


📬 RETURN SHIPPING GUIDELINES

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• Return packages must be tracked and insured
• Charmed Fedoras™ is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments
• Merchandise must be packaged securely to prevent dents or damage during transit


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your hat arrives damaged or incorrect, you must email us within 3 calendar days of receipt:

Claims submitted after 3 days cannot be honored.


🚫 ORDER CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellation requests must be emailed to contact@charmedfedoras.com
• Cancellations are not guaranteed, especially for custom-designed or in-progress orders
• Orders using discount codes or on sale cannot be cancelled
• Made-to-order and custom designs are final sale and not eligible for cancellation


💳 APPROVED STORE CREDIT

If your return is approved and the item passes inspection:
• An email will be sent either confirming the 1 time 'in store credit' 
• Store credit may be used toward any future purchase within 30 days


🎨 COLOR & DESIGN VARIATIONS

Colors, textures, trims, and embellishments may vary slightly due to:
• Photography lighting
• Device screens
• Handcrafted detailing

These variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
